Service Description

This programme is aimed at those facing extremely pressing issues or especially large goals where frequent contact with your coach is required. This is the recommended approach for commencing a new relationship, frequency of contact being reviewed at the end of the initial period. Invigorate programme consists of: • 4 x 45 minute Teams/ Skype/ Zoom/ coaching sessions per month • Unlimited emails between sessions • Unlimited texts/ WhatsApp messages between sessions • 45 minute strategy and review session (every 3 months) • Personal foundations assessment, personal Values review • By exception, a 15 minute call at any time if urgent/ important issues arise ** typical duration - six months
